Beefachi Kadi (Beef Curry Mangalore Style)

Ingredients :-

Boneless beef cut into 4 cm. cubes.

Directions-

  1. Grind together ginger and garlic into a paste.
  2. Heat oil in cooker for about 3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for about 2 minutes. Add chillies turmeric powder and meat. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce hat and cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
  5. Open cooker. Serve hot.
