As of August 31, 2006, the company had approximately 617,000 fixed telecommunications network services subscriptions consisting of 220,000 broadband Internet access; 281,000 local VOIP; and 116,000 IP-TV services subscriptions. Its international telecommunications services customer database comprised approximately 2.2 million registered accounts. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
