You are as confused as are the best pundits of Stock market. You have no better or worse luck than those that are more informed.
That being said, I see "some value" at the cheap rate of $1.50. Many American companies close to bankruptcy are at higher price than this. Satyam is a service based company. It should be able to trim its workforce, retain some of the orders and be profitable again,
Do not buy much of it. If you are a very small individual invester by 200 or so and then buy some ( depending upon your capacity) - say 300 etc. You do not have much to loose, and, when the market upswings, this stock can double. |

| you are not alone to confused to buy satyam share. All big financial guru are not certain to buy satyam shares right now. For your safety be patient when new management will be in form then decide what to do. |

Well after the take over of satyam ,now we can think of buying the shares
