The real estate will fall at even greater speed. Even decent middle class is not able to purchase the house as prices have risen dramatically and artificially to 300-400% by house hoarders and speculators. Where are the buyers.
It is in the interest of long term economy for the prices to increase slowly. My suggestion is to stay away from expensive real estate purchases till the situation becomes clear. |

For buyers, the mantra is be slow to take your decision. The sellers market are gone. Infosys and Wipro have predicted bleak future. The money flow has reduced in IT sector.
This will effect the Real Estate too. Be careful and if you can live in a rented apartment live in rented apartment.
For investors, it is dillemma. Personally I will invest in any real estate that deversify in building areas beyond, Noida, Gurgaon and Bangalore. There is still money in tier 2 cities, |
